I like this article, so I’m posting it again! It’s explaining the benefits of a low carbohydrate diet, which allows the body to burn fat rather than carbs, resulting in lower cholesterol and lower blood sugar levels (amongst other benefits). After 9 weeks on this ‘diet’ my cholesterol went down! Natural fats are tasty and nutritious so there’s no need for added sugar for flavour…imagine guilt-free full cream milk in your coffee…what could be better than that?
